Ad Maiora was born July 2001 as a company that aimed to promote Italian culinary excellence. The first seven years were completely dedicated to importing and distributing gourmet Italian products. Ad Maiora products range expanded from solely Italian imports to top quality and niche seafood.

With the growing clientele Ad Maiora moved into a bigger space. Three years later Ad Maiora is a fully HACCP certified seafood company. Quality and consistency are strictly controlled at each stage with full lot number traceability from the producer to each final fish sold. Ad Maiora can today count among it clientele some of the finest restaurants in South Florida. We tailor our service to each one of our restaurant providing the right seafood for their best recipes.
